Formula: when seats > 5, charge $19 base + $3 × (seats − 5). Yearly = monthly × 12 × 0.8.
We follow the standard B2B seat model used by most SaaS products (proration credits, not cash refunds for the current month).
01Add people mid-cycle
When you add a member or send an invite that raises billable seats, Stripe charges a prorated amount for the rest of the current period.
02Someone leaves mid-month
Removing a member or canceling an invite does not issue a cash refund for the current month. Unused time becomes a prorated credit applied to the next invoice — the usual industry practice.
03Back to 5 seats or fewer
If headcount drops to the free tier, the subscription is scheduled to cancel at period end. You keep paid access until then; no immediate full refund of the remaining period.
04Overdue payment
If payment is required or past due, you get 7 days of grace with a dashboard warning. After that, write operations lock until an admin completes checkout or updates billing.
