What this is for
Announcements are official company messages — not casual chat. Use them when something must be seen by the right people: policy changes, schedule shifts, leadership notices.
Why “by position” matters
Emailing everyone creates noise. Targeting by position means:
- sales hears sales news
- warehouse hears warehouse news
- leadership can still broadcast company-wide when needed
