What is an “organization”?

Think of it as your company room inside Formion. Policies, positions, curves, and announcements all live under this organization.

If you switch organizations (for people who belong to more than one), you are switching which company room you are looking at.

What admins do here

In Organization you can typically:

  • Rename the organization
  • See the member list
  • Invite new people by email
  • Change someone’s role
  • Remove a member (with care)
  • Cancel or resend pending invites

Roles in plain language

RolePlain meaning
AdminKeys to the company room: structure, members, org settings
ManagerTrusted ops lead for curves / metrics work
MemberTeammate who uses Formion based on their positions

Boss tip

Keep admin seats few. Most people should be members assigned to the right positions.

Inviting someone (checklist)

  1. Open Organization → invite by email
  2. Pick the role
  3. Send invite
  4. Ask them to check email (and spam folder)
  5. After they accept, assign them to a position

Members list & profiles

From members / profiles you can see who is in the company, which positions they hold, and jump into related curves, condition formulas, or operations plans where available.
