Getting started

Sign up, create your organization, invite people

Goal of this page

After this page, you should have:

  1. An account
  2. An organization (your company inside Formion)
  3. At least one teammate invited
  4. A first look at the dashboard

Step-by-step

Create your account

Open Formion in the browser, sign up with email (or the login options shown on the site), then sign in.

Create the organization

An organization is your company workspace. Give it a clear name (usually the company name). You become the first admin.

Invite teammates

Go to Organization and invite people by email. Choose a role:

  • Admin — can manage the organization, members, and structure
  • Manager — can manage metric curves (and related ops work)
  • Member — participates with the access their positions allow

If they already have an account, they can join directly. If not, they get an invite email and accept after registering.

Open the dashboard

The dashboard is your overview: members, positions, curves, policies, and related activity. It is the “at a glance” page for leadership.

What to do next (recommended)

  1. Build positions / org chart
  2. Assign people to positions
  3. Set permissions for who can manage policies, announcements, and minutes
  4. Upload one real policy

Common worry

“I’m not technical — will I break something?”
Almost everything can be edited later: names, roles, positions, and assignments. Start simple; refine as you go.
