What this is for
Policies / regulations are the written rules of the company — employee handbook chapters, expense rules, safety rules, and so on.
Formion keeps them as a single source of truth, and can limit visibility by position so people only see what applies to them.

How a boss should roll this out
Pick 1–3 policies that people argue about most (for example leave rules or expense rules).
Upload the current official PDF (or file) into Formion.
Choose visibility: company-wide, or only certain positions.
Tell the company: “From today, Formion is the official copy.”
Retire old copies in chat drives so people stop using outdated files.
